I am Smit Patekar, your wellness Coach and spa expert with 18 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry.
I am originally from India and now based in Niš, Serbia. I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve physical and mental balance. As a qualified wellness coach, I combines my expertise in yoga, pilates, and body-weight training with extensive experience working in spas, including eight years on luxurious Yacht.
Today, I own and operate Patekar Studio for Face and Body treatment in Niš, offering personalized treatments such as facials, massages and hijama therapy. Expanding on this mission to promote holistic well-being, I developed an online program that offers guided breathing exercises, yoga, pilates, stretching, and body-weight workouts. My program is designed to bring wellness practices to people’s fingertips, making it easier than ever to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
